Michael Miller

President and CEO

The son of Kiddie Academy's founders and father of two Kiddie Academy^® graduates, Mike has helped expand the company from a small family business to a national leader in education-based child care. As the company has grown, Mike has remained committed to his family's business vision, which was grounded in a commitment to community. Through Mike's active leadership, Kiddie Academy celebrates growing families and gives children the best possible start through developmentally appropriate education and the highest quality care.

Susan Wise

Chief Financial Officer

Susan is responsible for the implementation of Kiddie Academy's financial plans, policies, and accounting practices. Additionally, she provides extensive and expert support to franchisees in their efforts to obtain third-party financing. Since 1989, Susan has held positions of increasing responsibility at Kiddie Academy, assuming the position of Chief Financial Officer in 2003.

Steven Troy

Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and
Corporate Secretary

Steven directs the legal operations of Kiddie Academy and provides ongoing counsel and advice to the company's leadership team. Before joining Kiddie Academy in 1999, he served as senior counsel at a national insurance company.

William Endres

Chief Operations Officer

Bill oversees the operations, marketing, and education areas of Kiddie Academy. He joined Kiddie Academy in 2005 and brought decades of educational experience to the company, including senior positions at a prestigious private school and a nationally franchised tutoring company.
