  Dina Brown, Director

  Hello, my name is Dina Brown and I'm the Director at Kiddie Academy of Greenlawn. Kiddie Academy has a wonderful reputation for practicing exceptional early childhood principles and I'm always striving for ways to take that to a higher level. I believe in the Kiddie Academy philosophy and our Life Essentials curriculum and I'm looking forward to providing support to our parents, children and teachers. My background has always been in Early Childhood Education, starting out as a preschool teacher and shortly after that a Center Director, I've been in this field for over 20 years.  I have a Bachelor's Degree in Education from LIU and a Masters in Education from Stony Brook University. I've been married for 18 years and have two wonderful boys who attend high school in our community. My goal as Academy Director is to stimulate every child's physical, intellectual, multicultural, social and emotional growth at their own pace.  I take great pride in knowing that our Academy is one that strives for excellence. Here we offer loving care that focuses on each child as a unique individual and in doing so, building self-esteem and respect for others. I believe all children deserve to have a fun and safe environment to learn and grow.   On-going communication between parents, staff and administrators and our Open Door Policy has helped us maintain a successful child care center because it strengthens rapports and builds trust.  I know that you will immediately feel at ease and notice the warm, home-like atmosphere we’ve created at our Academy. I’m looking forward to scheduling your tour, meeting your family and welcoming your children into our Academy!

  Hello, my name is Syed. I am the owner of Kiddie Academy of Greenlawn. I am thrilled to be a part of this community! I will be here with a strong group of caring staff to ensure that the ever-changing needs of our growing future leaders are assessed and exceeded. Being a parent who has gone through the child care selection process, I know your questions and concerns are wide ranging and I will be on-site daily, along with my Director and Assistant Director to discuss them. Let us describe to you all aspects of our Academy, which was designed and built to meet your needs and those of your children. The Academy features an expansive age-separated playground and state-of-the-art security system. And, we have a fully trained and nurturing staff to guide your child through our developmentally appropriate curriculum. Aside from these elements, the facility itself incorporates some basic creature comforts that we feel our families will enjoy and appreciate; such as complimentary businesses and convenience stores nearby, ample parking and the aid of a traffic light to get you in and out easier.
