My name is Nicole Bussanich and I am excited to be the Assistant Director at Kiddie Academy of Hamilton Park! I have been in the childcare field for over 14 years and have held roles as a Teacher and Program Specialist prior to moving into administration. I specialize in Preschool and Pre-K education. Prior to coming to Kiddie Academy, I served in an administrative role as an Assistant Director in both a client and community-based child care setting. I currently hold my BA in Psychology from Ramapo College, with a minor in Child Psychology. I strongly believe that the children we are teaching today, are our world’s future and want to give them tools and opportunities each and every day so that they will succeed. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my 2 sons as well as my husband, reading and crafting. I enjoy having family time with them because they are the most important people in my life.

Hello Hamilton Park Family! My name is Franklin "Casey" Taylor and I am happy to be part of this Kiddie Academy’s teaching team. I completed my BA from the University of Valley Forge where I majored in the Philosophy and Religions program. Additionally, I currently hold a Preschool CDA (Child Development Associates). I have previous experience working for a Kiddie Academy out of state. My experience with teaching and instruction began when I was 16, as a volunteer at the summer camp program for Edgewater’s recreation center. I would go on to become a full-time summer counselor and, later, became a counselor at a local after-school program. I have also instructed computer arts and science at the Boys & Girls Club for two consecutive summers as an instructor for their summer enrichment program. Most recently, I began my time at Kiddie Academy (in Phoenixville) as an assistant to the Two Year Old’s and, afterward, became the Head Teacher of the Younger Toddlers (older One Year Old’s). After serving in that position, I shifted into the role of the School-Aged Head Teacher. I have also assisted in instructing both Preschool and Pre-K rooms. At Kiddie Academy of Hamilton Park, I am the Lead Teacher of our Preschool Prep Program, working with students 2 1/2 - 3 years of age. I am also a member of KAHP’s Street Team, often going out into the community to share how Kiddie Academy of Hamilton Park can support families in our community. In my spare time, I enjoy watching movies (comedy & horror) as well as documentaries on science and history, as well as a select few TV series. I also enjoy playing tennis, being an amateur photographer of nature and architecture and writing. I am excited to be a member of the teaching team here and look forward to working with you!
