Hello, my name is Princess and I am the Assistant Director at Kiddie Academy of Hamilton Park. I graduated from Hudson County Community College with an Associate’s degree in Special Education. I later went on to receive my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Phoenix.
Prior to moving into an administrative role, I taught for 7 years. I believe that each child is unique and has the potential to bring something special into the world. It is my desire as an educator to help students meet their fullest potential by providing an environment that is safe, supports curiosity, and invites a sharing of ideas. Children should be self-regulated through positive reinforcement in which they learn how to take on responsibility, independency and build high self-esteem. To be able to mold young minds to make a difference in this world is something that I will always cherish.

I am currently at the completion of my BA from the University of Valley Forge where I majored in the Philosophy and Religions program> Additionally, I currently hold a Preschool CDA 9Child development associates). I come by way of the Kiddie Academy of Phoenixville and am looking forward to continuing my service with you. My experience with teaching and instruction began when I was 16- as a volunteer at the summer camp program for Edgewater’s recreation center. I would go on to become a full-time summer counselor and, later, became a counselor at a local after-school program. I have also instructed computer arts and science at the Boys & Girls Club for two consecutive summers as an instructor for their summer enrichment program.
Most recently, I began my time at Kiddie Academy (in Phoenixville) as an assistant to the Two Year Old’s and, afterward, became the Head Teacher of the Younger Toddlers (older One Year Old’s). After serving in that position, I shifted into the role of the School-Aged Head Teacher. I have also assisted in instructing both Preschool and Pre-K rooms. In my spare time, I enjoy watching movies (comedy & horror) as well as documentaries on science and history, as well as a select few TV series. I also enjoy playing tennis, being an amateur photographer of nature and architecture and writing. I am excited to be joining the teaching team here and look forward to working with you!
