Meet KA Ray! Ray lives at KAHP and ventures out once a year, on Ground Hog's Day, to declare whether KAHP will have an early Spring or 6 more weeks of Winter! KA Ray grew up as a life long fan of Punxsutawney Phil and Staten Island Chuck! He is a proud graduate of Kiddie Academy, where he studied meteorology and weather system charting.
