    Hello, my name is Syed. I am the owner of Kiddie Academy of Islip. I am thrilled to be a part of this community! I will be here with a strong group of caring staff to ensure that the ever-changing needs of our growing future leaders are assessed and exceeded. Being a parent who has gone through the child care selection process, I know your questions and concerns are wide ranging and I will be on-site daily, along with my Director and Assistant Director to discuss them. Let us describe to you all aspects of our Academy, which was designed and built to meet your needs and those of your children. The Academy features an expansive age-separated playground and state-of-the-art security system. And, we have a fully trained and nurturing staff to guide your child through our developmentally appropriate curriculum. Aside from these elements, the facility itself incorporates some basic creature comforts that we feel our families will enjoy and appreciate; such as complimentary businesses and convenience stores nearby, ample parking and the benefit of a private building to get you in and out easier.     Diana Lauth, Director

    Hello, my name is Diana Lauth, and caring for children is my passion. As Director for Kiddie Academy of Islip, I focus our team on creating the best positive learning experience for each child while encouraging creativity and ensuring safety for all of our children.   I have been with Kiddie Academy for several years now, and have performed various roles inside and outside the classrooms, including management roles. My expertise is in the implementation of Kiddie Academy's Learning Essentials curriculum. I have a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education, and have been working in the Childcare & Teaching industry for the past 23 years. Over the years I have developed a variety of skills which will help develop and maintain a strong curriculum-based program at the center. My varied experiences and education have given me tremendous knowledge in providing a safe and healthy learning environment for your children.   I value the wonderful staff we have here at Kiddie Academy, as well as the supportive and nurturing group of people that are part of our management team. I enjoy coming to work each day and my favorite part of Early Childhood Education has always been watching the continuous growth of each individual child. I look forward to building strong relationships with the families that are part of our Academy!   My goal is to make sure every child is always safe, nurtured and receives the educational experiences they deserve.
