    Taryn Souder, Director

I am very excited to be part of the Kiddie Academy Team. As a passionate and dedicated Director, I cannot wait to be able to get to know you and your family. I have always been passionate about working with children. When I was little, I enjoyed visiting my mother’s school and helping her work with the children in the class. As I grew older, I continued to love watching children learn new things. I love to see the excitement on their faces when they have succeeded in something that they have been working on, whether that is rolling over or learning the ABC’s. I also enjoy being able to share this exciting information with the families. Working with children has given me the ability to see a different perspective on life and the things around me. I am able to get glimpse of the world through fresh and innocent eyes. I have been living in the Kings Grant Area of Marlton for the last nine years but grew up in East Brunswick, NJ. I received my Bachelor of Art in Health and Physical Education from Rowan University. I have over ten years of experience working with children from ages 6 weeks to 21 years old. I began teaching career as a ninth grade P.E teacher. I then continued my teaching journey as a teacher assistant and substitute P.E. teacher at the Children's Home where I worked with students who had multiple disabilities. After having my twin daughters, I realized that my true passion was for early childhood education. I began my career in ECE at a learning center where I taught children of all ages. As a teacher, I showed my true leadership skills and was quickly promoted to an Assistant Director. Shortly after, I was promoted Director where I was able to engage and interact with all of the families that came through the door, as well as motivate and encourage the teachers. Unfortunately, the center closed, and I became a Director for a non-profit preschool. There I continued to grow as a leader and Administrator providing support and overseeing classrooms, engaging with the children, and creating a learning environment that fostered a love of learning, exploration and diversity. As the Director of Kiddie Academy, I am excited to continue working with children and promoting a community environment. I know that the families and children will be given the best care possible and I have your child’s best interest at heart. I am excited to be able to give each and every one of you a window into your child’s day.

Hello, my name is Stephen Jarzyk.  Along with my wife, I am the owner/operator of Kiddie Academy of Marlton.  We have 3 beautiful children by the names of Larkin, Blaise and Tierney.  My background is in operations.  I have been part of our Runnemede Academy on a part-time basis since 2007.  After having our 3rd child Tierney, my heart told me that being in childcare full-time was where I really wanted to be.  Seeing my children grow emotionally and educationally has made me appreciate and want to be part of early childhood education more than ever before.  Nothing compares to the satisfaction of making a difference in a child’s life and helping give them a great foundation for their future.  The Marlton and Kings Grant community has been nothing short of making us feel welcome.  Allow us to welcome your family into our Academy; Where Community Begins Here.

    Karyn Jarzyk, Owner/Operator

Hi, my name is Karyn Jarzyk and I am the owner of Kiddie Academy of Marlton.  I am also the owner of Kiddie Academy of Runnemede since August of 2003 in addition to the Kiddie Academy of Hamilton-Yardville since February of 2017.  Prior to that while attending AIPH, I worked in the toddler room.  That experience truly helped prepare me for parenthood.  I have been married for almost 10 years and we have 3 beautiful children by the names of Larkin, Blaise, and Tierney.  Larkin and Blaise have attended the Academy Runnemede, and continue to come back every summer for camp.  Our youngest Tierney attends our Academy in Marlton with my husband Steve.   I love working with children and being an integral part of their most important years.  Every day in the life of a young child is exciting and full of surprises.  At the end of every day I know I have made a difference to the children in my Academy.

Ashley C., Marlton

The teacher's have expectations and rules for the class. They are in a structured environment, and they are consistently stimulated with true learning activities, but it is also fun. The difference in learning and the educational component in this school vs. where we switched from is a drastic change for the better. We also appreciate…
Ashleigh J., Marlton

We love how friendly and caring the staff is. However recently there seems to be some turnover in the teachers.
Alyssa C., Marlton

Staff are all very friendly and seemingly happy and easy to work with. Like the daily educational curriculum. Great communication with Tadpole and emails and alerts.
Brad G., Marlton

The staff is enthusiastic and deeply caring of our daughter. They have really played a pivotal role in potty training our daughter. They have also been sure to offer feedback on how she has been developing in their class, including areas of focus for improvement. I could not be more grateful for all that they…
