  Stephanie Nicholson, Director

  Steph has almost 15 years of teaching experience as well as 5 years of experience in administration. She joined the Kiddie Academy team three years ago to open up our Munster location to the community. She has extensive experience with teaching and guiding children from birth to 12 years, creating lesson plans and curriculum for infants to school aged students, and coaching and mentoring early childhood educators. She truly loves every interaction and opportunity she has to help people of all ages grow, learn, and excel, and it was through this passion that Steph went on to complete her degree in Early Childhood Education with a Specialization in Early Childhood Administration, and minor in Special Education. Steph believes that each child deserves a safe, supportive, and fun learning experience, and she is so excited to have the opportunity to bring NWI families quality child care!
