  Krupa Patel, Academy Owner

  Krupa Patel is the proud Owner of Kiddie Academy of NewMarket. She is the mother of two girls, 11(Khushi) and 14 years (Anusha). Her idea began to develop an educational childcare while searching for the care for her own older daughter, Anusha. Krupa realized the very need for having an early childhood education for the community so that parents can go to work peacefully. Her dream of opening an educational childcare center became reality few years ago in July 2018 , when NewMarket Kiddiie Academy community was put in place. Krupa holds a Bachelor's degree in engineering. She has over 10 years of experience in management. Krupa's vision is to provide nurturing and educational environment to the community children.

  Breanna Voorhees, Academy Director

  Breanna Voorhees is our Academy Director. She comes to us with over 10 years’ experience in the Early Childhood Education field and over 15 years’ experience working with children. Breanna is a mother of two children and from Damascus, MD. Breanna has her Bachelor’s Degree in Family Studies and Community Development with a focus on Special Ed and Mental Health from Towson University. Before joining the ECED field, Breanna was a teacher with Montgomery County Public Schools, working with young children with emotional and mental health disabilities. Breanna joined the ECED field when looking for care for her first child. Breanna has taught in all age groups in (Infant though School Age) and quickly move into a Leadership role. Breanna is a firm believer in community engagement and believes communication is key to a successful relationship. Some of her Early Childhood Education certifications include: • Maryland Credentialing Level 6 • Maryland Certified Director/Administrator • 90 hour certification in Infant/Toddler, Preschool and School-Age • Supporting Breastfeeding • CPR/First Aid • Basic Health and Safety- Including COVID safety and regulations • Americans with Disabilities • Medication Administration

  Hi! My name is Sharon Rossie; I'm looking forward to begin my new journey as Co-Director with Breanna at this lovely campus. I look forward to meeting and getting to know everyone! I have worked in Early Childhood Education for the last 12 years. I have worked at a large center as their Assistant Director for two years. Previously I taught three-year-olds which is by far my favorite age! I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in sociology. I am passionate about taking on each day as I continue to learn something new in this field. I enjoy creating bonds and relationships with each staff member, parents, and children in the center. I am looking forward to creating a fun, safe and exciting school year in this new position!

I became a part of the Kiddie Academy family a year ago. I am currently the Lead teacher for the Threes and School- Age Program. I am currently credentialed through the state of Maryland with an Admin Level 1 and a member of  Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. It is an honor and privilege working with these age groups.
