“We like Kiddie Academy, but the communication from the front office to the parents is poor. We still have not received any information on the teacher that started a month ago in our sons classroom. Additionally, there is a habitual biter in my sons classroom. My son has been the target at least 5 times. We receive the accident report but nothing else is done with the biter in the class.
