“I must say, last year we were very disappointed and put-out when Holiday operations hours were changed last minute and outside of the contract. This is why KA is not a 10. We love and trust the people. Everyone is friendly and efficient, professional and patient. Anytime I have a question, if the answer isn't at hand it is found out for me.
