After graduating from high school I moved to Tempe, Arizona to attend Arizona State University, where I graduated with a BS in Business, Marketing. Following my graduation from ASU, I pursued a career in sales within several different industries including: advertising sales, pharmaceuticals sales and medical device sales. I also spent time living in Los Angeles, California before moving to Houston.
I met my husband, Ryan, after moving to Houston twelve years ago. We have two little girls named Maddy and McKinley who are both current, full time students at Kiddie Academy of Richmond! Helping manage Kiddie Academy with our management team is my full time job!

I am a native of Houston; in 2001, I graduated from the University of Texas with a BA in Political Science. I began my career in May of that year working on the energy desk, as a registered associate, for Prudential Securities and continued to become a junior broker for Wachovia Securities. In this role, I identified hedging opportunities for energy companies; and gave fundamental and technical advice for institutional, commercial and private client accounts. It offered me a wonderful experience.
Following my five years on the banking side, I took a sales manager position for a midlevel private chemical company. Since 2006, I have been responsible for growing and managing many commercial chemical accounts for Gulf Chemical International, from a sales, purchasing and inventory management position.
I bring this experience and enthusiasm to the exciting field of child development and education. Along with my wife Ashley, we look forward to the wonderful opportunity ahead.

I graduated from Katy High School in 2009. I continued my education at Prairie View A&M University where I studied Nursing for 2 years. I found my passion for early childhood education when I took a job at a preschool one summer. That summer changed my life. I switched my major to ECE and I have been working towards building my career in this field since then. I have earned my Childhood Development Credentials and have been in childcare for 6 years now. What I love most about working with children is seeing them move through different stages of development and overcome new challenges. I take pride in knowing that I am helping to shape the minds of the future.
I am excited to be working at Kiddie Academy. I look forward to sharing my experiences with the amazing teachers as well as learning from them.
