Mini Walia has achieved a reputation as a successful business executive, advocate for working women and mother. After graduating magna cum laude from the University of Arizona with a focus in business management and marketing, she spent 15 years rising through sales leadership ranks in the consumer packaged goods industry with nationally recognized companies that include Altria, Dannon USA, PepsiCo, Coca-Cola and Stater Bros. While building an impressive professional resume that includes training and managing regional sales and cross-functional teams, she found time along the way to give birth to two sons and attain her MBA from Pepperdine University. Mini is also passionate about many social issues, particularly advancing professional growth opportunities for women. She was one of five officers leading the Southern California Chapter of Network of Executive Women.

Vandna Desai’s passion and caring personality make her a favorite among her students and colleagues. After earning a Bachelor of Science in liberal studies from California State University, Long Beach, in 2005 she launched her career in early childhood education (ECE) as an aide in a special needs program. Since then, she has steadily progressed through the teaching and supervisory ranks while earning her California ECE Site Supervisor Permit and working toward her state ECE Program Director Permit. As a teacher, Vandna prides herself on providing the resources and guidance to create a high-quality, nurturing environment where students can learn and thrive. As a leader, she has distinguished herself as a top-notch recruiter and trainer, building a team-based culture where employees can professionally grow and develop.
