Celebrate the Real Heroes this Halloween
Superheroes look a lot different in 2020. Instead of Luke Skywalker, Wonder Woman and Spider-Man, this year we have Julia the doctor, Richard the nurse and Carol the grocery clerk. That’s why this Halloween season, Kiddie Academy locations across the nation will be celebrating and elevating these everyday superheroes who kept our communities running throughout the pandemic.
Hero Essential Employees
We are encouraging children everywhere to dress up like these hero essential employees, such as:
– Medical staff (doctors, nurses, etc.)
– Grocery store workers
– Sanitation workers
– Postal workers and delivery people
– Teachers
– Firefighters, Police, EMTs, etc.
In our Academies, our enrolled children will participate in fun activities and create cards, letters and artwork they can present to hospitals, police and fire stations and other locations where these real heroes work.
Even if you’re not enrolled at Kiddie Academy, we invite you to join the celebration. Help your child dress as his or her favorite essential hero. Let us see them by taking a photo or video and sharing it to your social media feeds using the hashtag #realheroesofhalloween.
