More than 14 million children and adults attend summer camp each year, according to the American Camp Association. Even though many children don’t begin preparing for summer camp until late spring, parents know that competition for camp openings and research for popular camp programs begins as early as January in anticipation of the summer months.
In response to these consumer research habits for summer camp programs, Kiddie Academy launched another free, nationwide community event – in addition to its annual Storytime LIVE! and DanceParty! events – to offer families a taste of what each academy’s summer camp program is like.
At Kiddie Academy’s summer camp preview event, families were invited to experience, first-hand, the events, concepts, people and educational components of CampVentures.
The event drew more than a thousand children to Kiddie Academy locations nationwide and offered Kiddie Academies a competitive advantage in enrolling children in summer camp sooner, fully supported by the organization’s expert marketing and operations teams.
