Even amid a pandemic, Kiddie Academy^® Educational Child Care continues to add to its pipeline of people in need of properties for future Academies. We have creatively demonstrated our flexibility time and again, opening aesthetically pleasing state-of-the-art facilities that attract an upscale customer base to the area. We’re open to and experienced working with freestanding, retail (in-line/end-cap space) or office space, as well as new construction, a build-to-suit lease or an existing-space lease.

The past couple of months have continued to be busy ones for us, making our need for properties more urgent. We’ve signed real estate deals in Roswell and Dunwoody-Chamblee, Georgia; Raleigh-Crabtree, North Carolina; Alamo Ranch, Texas and Urbandale, IA. We’ve signed a Franchise Agreement for another Academy in the Orlando market. We opened two more locations – Avon Lake (a conversion of a previous child care facility) our first Academy in the Cleveland market; and Centennial Hills in Las Vegas. Those Academies bring our nationwide total to 260 in 30 states and the District of Columbia.

Working with Kiddie Academy, brings you together with a team of real estate professionals who have years of experience throughout the country. We use sophisticated data analytics and site selection strategies, as well as in-market and on-the-ground site tours and inspections to help the Franchisee select the best site possible. Our corporate construction team also supports you and our Franchisee’s site development efforts. We assist with architectural plans, zoning, permits, construction specifications and child care licensing requirements.
