We love the teachers! - Matthew W. on 07/28/2021

So far we are pleased in all aspects. - Matthew W. on 03/25/2021

Everything! The care and compassion shown my daughter is top notch. I have recommended you to three neighbors and all have applied, with two being accepted already. - Daniel F. on 03/18/2021

I have overall been very happy with the school, including my interactions with the staff and their programs. I did overestimate the amount of attention my child would get from teachers juggling the number of kids and the curriculum requirements in the classroom, and have been disappointed with the level of communication from/with the teachers themselves. But I think some of that is the restraints of the difficult job the teachers do. - Tal K. on 03/18/2021

Professionalism and great attitudes from everyone that works there. Not to mention the fact my daughter doesn't want to leave when we pick her up! Thank you! - Sean S. on 03/18/2021

Great teachers/staff and timely transparent communication. You all have done an incredible job during the pandemic! Rupert absolutely loves going to school in the morning! One suggestion we had was putting together a brief picture book of the teachers to send out to parents. With the limited interaction between teachers and parents available, it is difficult to learn the teachers names. It does not have to be anything complicated, just names and pictures would be great! Best! - Jarred S. on 01/23/2021

Management and facility is excellent - teachers are wonderful! - Brittany R. on 01/21/2021

We have been impressed by (1) the developmental strides that our children have made in your care, and (2) your COVID precautions. Also, we appreciate that management and teachers are consistently receptive to feedback. In particular, we want to thank Ms. Fatima for listening to a concern we expressed at the parent/teacher conference (our child was not having BMs at school), and incorporating readings and positive messaging about BMs into the curriculum. Based on her efforts, the issue is resolved. We are so grateful! With that in mind, there is always room for improvement. (1) We would appreciate greater consistency in messaging - for example, the monthly calendar is released in advance with theme days noted, but then there is sometimes no messaging from the teachers immediately prior to these days. As a result, more than once, we have sent our children in theme only to find no one else in the class participated because they forgot. As another example, a classroom teacher recently posted a note in Tadpoles and we called the school to clarify - the front office had no idea what the note was about, and told us to disregard it. We did, and the teacher again added the note, requiring further clarification on our part. (2) The food menu is sometimes too sugary/carb-heavy - better balance is needed. We have previously provided feedback on this. For example, on 1/15/2021, our child’s daily report reflected the following sugar-heavy items: peach muffins, applesauce, cheese pizza, and cheese naan bread. Overall, we remain very pleased and grateful for your quality care, and would highly recommend you to anyone. - Emery M. on 01/19/2021

We value how much you take precautions with our children but yet the quality of learning is still spectacular. We love the crafts you all do and how you celebrated the holidays. - Shannon B. on 01/19/2021

A great balance of play time and learning. Kids get to go outdoors twice a day, which I believe is important. - Frank C. on 01/19/2021
