Most of the teachers LOVE their jobs and WANT to be there. There are a few exceptions with some of the floating teachers who seem less engaged with the children. It's probably difficult to get to know the kids very well when they are just in the rooms for a short period of time, but in our 5 years there, we definitely have seen a different level of dedication and "wanting to be there"-ness in the permanent vs. floating teachers. The permantent teachers get to know each child and parent personally. They learn what makes each child tick, what they excel at and what they need assistance with. They are dedicated to making the "daycare/school" experience pleasant for all. Choosing a daycare is not something that parents take lightly, as you know. Although we've had our hiccups through the years, with one teacher or decision or another, overall we have been very satisfied with KABC for our children's growth, care and well-being. - Jody C. on 02/06/2012

The people. The teachers truly care about the children and the owners are very involved on a daily basis. The facilities and programs are nice as well, but what matters the most to me is the kind of people my child is being influenced by each day and I couldn't pick a better group. - Elizabeth M. on 02/06/2012

Teachers are great and really care about your child. Everyone takes his allergies very seriously and we take comfort in knowing he is in good hands. - Malinda T. on 02/06/2012

All the owners, director, teachers, etc are welcoming and very friendly. They are interested in working with the parents to provide the best care possible for the children. - Wendy G. on 02/06/2012

My kids have always enjoyed their teachers. I have never had any issues and the staff is very easy to get along with and always accessible for discussions. - Alecia B. on 02/06/2012

The cameras are a great perk because I can keep up with my child throughout the day. Although I cannot hear my child, I can see how she reacts in a classroom setting with other children. - Brittany J. on 02/06/2012

The teachers are caring, conscientious about child development, and loyal to the school and its programs. Many teachers have been with Kiddie Academy since its inception. Kiddie Academy Brier Creek recently began a 5s class, which is a wonderful option for children with birthdays past the "cut-off" for starting kindergarten. Kiddie Academy offers optional classes such as dance, soccer, and gymnastics to keep the kids active and give them an introduction to life-long sports and outside interests. Finally, the curriculum emphasizes hands-on learning through interactive play with different weekly focuses. Our child learned about Martin Luther King and his teachings, the Chinese New Year, and the Hanukkah menorah -- all within the same few weeks! - Jill C. on 02/05/2012

Love the staff! - Rebecca C. on 02/04/2012

I love the structure and the fact that Caleb is always excited to see his teachers in the morning. It makes me feel better about leaving him for the day. - Deanna S. on 02/03/2012

I'm amazed by how many of the Kiddie Academy staff know my children by name and are happy to guide them in and out of the classroom. - Shelley G. on 02/03/2012
