Meet the Owners

Jay and Debbie Carter

Hi Y'all!!! We are the owners of Kiddie Academy of Allen, Texas!!! Our story, leading us to open a Kiddie Academy, started toward the end of 2016. Jay is a CPA and has owned his own business for 19 years. Debbie worked as an Elementary School Teacher and then moved into Sales/Marketing for the past 15 years. We have 5 children and 6 sweet grandbabies with a seventh one making her arrival this summer 2018. Children and grandchildren have always been an important blessing and priority in our lives. Because of our strong love of family and children, we decided that a Pre-School ownership would be the perfect fit for us. We began re-searching to learn as much as we could about different philosophies and characteristics of various Pre-Schools. After careful evaluation and much prayer, we agreed that Kiddie Academy met all the credentials we wanted as owners

Brandie Pullins

Director

Hello! My name is Brandie Pullins, and I 'm the Director of Kiddie Academy in Allen, Texas. I joined the team in October 2018 and received my Director's Credentials shortly after. I was born in Little Rock Arkansas and lived in Arkansas for the first few years of my life. My family moved to DeSoto, Texas in 1993 and then to Allen in 2002. I graduated from Allen High School and have been working in the preschool Industry for 17 years, working my way through positions of a floater, assistant teacher, lead teacher, administrator and then, assistant director. I always had a dream of becoming a Director, so I worked hard to complete several management training, certification courses and receiving my child development associates. With my dream now realized, I am proud to be a part of a team here at Kiddie Academy of Allen. We have amazing owners, office staff and teachers. I
