    Hi! I’m Avani Halusan, the proud owner of Kiddie Academy of Arvada. I am overjoyed to bring educational childcare to our community.  As a working mom with two young children, I have seen first-hand the impact a high-quality early learning environment can have on a young mind both cognitively and emotionally. Prior to becoming a Kiddie Academy owner, I worked in Finance and Technology managing client relationships. Throughout my career, I befriended many colleagues who shared their challenges managing different childcare situations as they balanced parenthood and continued career growth.  This inspired me to partner with Kiddie Academy to provide a strong childcare option that families can trust. I believe creating a career path focused on education and opportunity for our educators is a key part of this. My desire is to help children unlock their potential so that they can make meaningful contributions in their lives and live their dreams!
