Meet Our Team

Christina Palagonia

Director

I am so excited to be the director of Kiddie Academy of Bethpage. I have over 20 years experience working with children from birth - High School. I have an AA in Early childhood education, a BA in Speech Language Pathology and attended Adelphi University for the Masters Program. Personally I have been a director of a childcare center for over 10 years and have traveled the east coast setting up and training new staff for childcare centers. I am a mom to 3 amazing children that keep me focused on my journey to continue educating and empowering children. My passion for teaching children has brought me back to a position in the schools. I believe in building a community between the school and parents and actively seeking a partnership to work for the growth and benefit of all the families that attend our school.

Katherine Klobetanz-Reyes

Assistant Director

Hello, my name is Mrs. Kathy. I am the Assistant Director here at Kiddie Academy in Bethpage. I am a mother of six beautiful children, I enjoy crafting and reading in my spare time. I have six years’ experience in early childhood education, I began my career as an assistant teacher in 2016. In 2017 I was promoted to a lead teacher in a toddler classroom, In 2021 I became a Preschool Teacher here at Kiddie Academy. Being a mother and a teacher of children of all ages I am here to ensure your child’s developmental growth and the well-being of each child within our care.
