Meet the Owner

Kaitlin Longworth

Hello! I am excited to introduce myself as the owner of Kiddie Academy of Bloomingdale. I have a Master's Degree in Reading Education, a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and a National Director's Credential. Before opening this Academy, I was a public school teacher for over 10 years. My passion is working with young children and helping them develop a love for learning. I believe learning should be purposeful, hands-on and FUN. I am a full time mom of two active boys! My husband, Jon, is part owner as well. He can be seen frequently whether it's helping to fix things or serving breakfast! We enjoy giving back to our local community, and becoming proud sponsors for our local elementary schools. Picking Kiddie Academy was a very easy choice for us, because we fell in love with the curriculum! After coming from the public school system, I felt as though finding an educational child care program with an interactive and hands on curriculum was the most important thing for early learners. Our goal is to ensure that children's safety and a positive learning environment is always present.

Morgan Benyo, Academy Director

Hi! My name is Morgan and I am excited to be the Academy Director of Kiddie Academy of Bloomingdale! I have been working within the Early Childhood Education field for 8 years. I currently hold an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Director's Credential. My family and I are typically found spending our weekends in Disney! We are orginally from Pennsylvania, and moved to Florida in 2016. I have two children that currently attend my center. Since I was young, I always knew that I wanted to help shape the minds of young children, I enjoyed watching children learn new things and sharing their interests with me. I orginally started child care as a two year old teacher and was a VPK teacher before moving into a management position. My goal for our center is to make sure that all of our families feel welcome, and know that there is always an open door policy to my office. I enjoy watching our families build relationships with one another and my staff. Communication is something I find extremely important and helps to strengthen the trust and bond that can be created.
