Character Education in Action

Character Education plays a large role in the Kiddie Academy Life Essentials Curriculum. Every day, teachers provide children with a solid foundation of skills and knowledge that will help them become successful students and citizens. This initiative reinforces the Kiddie Academy commitment to the development of the whole child by concentrating specifically on the development of social and emotional skills.

Every month, children will explore a new value. They will discover the definition of each value and practice actions they can take to demonstrate each value in the classroom.

At the end of each month the Kiddie Academy of Bothell chooses a different classroom to display their activities. Check out the picture of Room 10’s Patience Display from January!
