I really like the way how the staff is taking care of our 11 months old. Our son is also enjoying going to daycare everyday.

My daughter has a highly experienced, kind, and intuitive teacher. She receives individualized child care in a group setting. The meals are nutritious and thoughtfully prepared. KA of Bothell also has a knowledgeable and very helpful front office team. I’m extremely happy with their educational childcare services.

We're very happy now that Ellis is in Chelsea's class! Ellis seems to be thriving in the new classroom, and Chelsea has been awesome - we can tell how much Ellis is learning every day! We also loved Theresa in the 2's room. If you'd asked if I recommend Chelsea's room, I'd give a 10+ score. However, when Sheryl was in the 2's room a lot, particularly during COVID times, we would see on the cameras that Ellis and the other kids were getting a lot of screen time. She would just sit them in front of the tablet for up to 30 minutes. We mentioned this to Osha and she said she'd talk to Sheryl. To be completely honest and transparent, we weren't particularly happy when Sheryl was in the 2's room a lot. She didn't seem to be interested in the kids at all and it felt like she thought her role was more of a babysitter rather than a teacher. Ellis was actually able to recite the commercials between YouTube videos and we never let him watch videos like that, so he had to be watching them a lot at school. Also, his behavior and attitude was more negative, when he would spend a lot of time with Sheryl in the room. I share this because I'd absolutely give a 10 to a fellow parent who was putting their kid in preschool, but if they would primarily have Sheryl as a teacher, I'd honestly give a 5.

Continue to excel in the curriculum-based child care format and stay in front of the safety requirements during the corona virus pandemic. Will miss them when our son goes on to kindergarten this year - been with them for all our kids since 2013.

I like the age appropriate curriculum, using baby sign language, and the increasing health and safety protocols due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I especially appreciate the wonderful teachers and the daily reports they provide. It is great to see her engaging with the teacher and activities when my daughter is away from me. Last but not least, when I am feeling separation anxiety, I love that I can just watch the classroom in real time. That has been such a stress relief for me. Thank you for providing these wonderful services.
