2025 Year In Review

As we look back on the year, it’s hard not to smile at just how much we accomplished together. Back in January, we kicked things off in the snow with a ceremonial groundbreaking that marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter. From there, the year quickly filled with joyful firsts and meaningful milestones: our very first event with bunnies and slime making, a summer packed with lively festivals, open houses and tours, growing family enrollments, and the addition of incredible new staff members to our team. We closed out the year surrounded by creativity and cheer at our arts-and-crafts holiday celebration, a perfect reflection of the warmth and community that we are building at Kiddie Academy of Briarcliff Manor. 

Key Highlights:

• We marked the kick-off to our center renovation with esteemed local community officials including Assemblywoman Dana Levenberg, Briarcliff Manor Mayor Steven Vescio, Briarcliff Manor Deputy Mayor Peter Chatzky, Ossining Town Supervisor Liz Miller Feldman.
• We were featured by local media including the River Journal, Westchester Magazine, News 12, the Examiner News, Macaroni KID, and Kids Out and About.
• Our first event at Scattered Books was a slimy success, and we had a chance to pet some bunnies.
• Supported our future MLB players with the Briarcliff Manor Little League
• Jammed out at Sleepy Hollow Music Festival and Pleasantville Music Festival.
• Got to know many businesses in the area, including School of Rock and Briarcliff Pediatric Dentistry
• Hired our Executive Director Ms. Krystallyn and welcomed our first cohort of educators.
• Gave back to the community at Briarcliff Community Day and Harvest Mess.
• Conducted a coat drive for Westchester families in need, as part of our collaboration with the Sharing Self.
• And ended with our first annual Holiday Craft Workshop, in partnership with Van Go Wagon Co.

This year was all about growth, connection, and building something special—together. We thank everyone who provided their support, encouragement, and commitment to help bring Kiddie Academy of Briarcliff Manor to the community. See you in the new year when we officially open up our doors!
