Your Role: What You’ll Do

• Deliver developmentally appropriate curricula, filled with hands-on activities that spark curiosity and joy.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that supports exploration—whether independent or guided.

• Monitor and document each child’s growth and milestones, sharing insights and celebrations with their families.

• Remain responsive to the health, safety, and well-being of every child, adapting attentively to their needs.

• Stay curious—engage in ongoing professional development, learning new best practices in early childhood education.

Who You Are: Qualifications & Essentials

• You have at least an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field—or equivalent experience.

• CPR and First Aid certified—or willing to become certified (training is available if needed).

• You bring 2+ years of experience in early childhood education or daycare settings; bonus points if you’ve led or mentored a team.

• You’re organized, compassionate, creative, and communicate clearly with children, families, and colleagues alike.
