Lourdes Cassiano

Academy Director

My name is Lourdes. I moved from Puerto Rico in 2008 with my husband and three children. Since 2011, I have worked in early childhood education, inspired by my experiences as a parent and my passion for creating a nurturing environment for young learners. I value continuous learning and am currently enrolled in college. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing games, and building with Legos—activities that keep us connected and engaged. Through life’s challenges, I’ve learned the importance of caring for loved ones and seeing the best in others. With this mindset, I am committed to providing your child with the same level of care and support I give my own family. I look forward to partnering with you and the staff to help your child grow and succeed.

My passion for education and child development has grown through years of rewarding experience in the field. Currently, I’m pursuing my bachelor’s degree in elementary education to further my impact as an educator. I strive to inspire students to love learning and reach their full potential. As a cheerful and empathetic team leader, I work to create a collaborative environment where every staff member feels valued and supported.
