“So far, we've enjoyed our time and experience at Kiddie Academy (KA). However, I would recommend for the administrators to post updates on the changes in staff that have occurred in each classroom. A brief letter could be posted next to the classroom door explaining to parents the teachers leaving KA and who will be the new teachers assigned to the class. There's been so many changes occurring that it has taken me a while to know the staff. I also think you should have a floater introduction wall somewhere near the front of the school, so that parents know the faces and names of KA's floaters. They do so much in helping all of the classrooms run and are often unrecognized by others. All of this would help build a stronger relationship between KA and families. ”
