“I think things have improved since my last feedback submittal - keep up the great work! I continue to 'complain' about the price, but honestly I'd probably complain about it no matter where my kids went to school ;) The difference in staff and stronger curriculum has paid dividends in Aria's advancement over the past couple of years, which makes me extremely pleased to recommend KACT to others The only small opportunity for improvement I see is for staff to have a stronger focus on making sure Aria - as well as other children in the classroom - stay focused on tasks and well-mannered, particularly at the end of the day. I have picked up Aria many times lately at the end of the day to see her running around the New York classroom with somewhat 'wild' behavior that needs to be reigned in a bit. I purposefully watch her and the staff interaction when I first walk in without announcing myself to see how well she behaves. I am certainly okay with a practice of stronger verbal discipline if needed at times Thanks, Bryan ”

“KA is an amazing place. The management and teachers are amazing. My child is thriving and happy!!! The curriculum is fantastic and much better than other centers in the area. My only wish is that they were slightly more flexible with summer arrangements. We like to have our kids together in the summer and so every year we are told we run the risk of losing our spot. I understand the need to be consistent, but a little flexibility would really differentiate them from other providers. ”
