Brooke has been a dedicated leader in early childhood education since 2010, bringing over a decade of experience in creating nurturing, high-quality learning environments. She began her career as an after-school teacher before transitioning into the classroom, where she spent five years as a teacher—building a strong foundation in child development across age groups.She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Writing and Communications and an MBA with a focus in Marketing. Brooke combines her education and leadership experience to support her team, build strong school communities, and foster meaningful relationships with families.As an Academy Director, Brooke is known for her warm, approachable leadership and her commitment to creating an inclusive environment where children, families, and staff feel valued and supported. She is passionate about cultivating a school culture that feels like a second home.Outside of work, Brooke enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and her 2 daughters.

I am the Professional Development Coordinator for Kiddie Academy of Herriman, Kiddie Academy of Daybreak and Kiddie Academy of Saratoga Springs (opening soon). In this role, I oversee all new and current staff training, coaching, and ongoing support. I combine my 10+ years of childcare teaching and leadership experience, along with my passion for elevating teaching practices and strengthening classroom quality to ensure every educator is equipped with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to succeed. In my role, I assist the Academy Director and the Director of Education in creating consistent, high-quality learning experience for all children in our care. It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of a community that cares so deeply about children, families, and one another. I’m a mom to two wonderful daughters, and when I’m not at the academy, you can usually find me spending time with my family, watching movies, doing crafts or enjoying the outdoors.
