They lead by example in setting a culture of caring, and they create a real sense of community among all the families. We absolutely love the teachers of the 4's classroom. They are doing a fabulous job at coming up with creative lesson plans, teaching the children about character and community service and helping others, and paying attention to each child and her/his unique skills and learning styles.
