“Caring teachers who tend to the children's needs make all the difference. As a mother of 3 with experience with other day care settings, the care providers are the most important element to the success of the center and parental satisfaction. Caring, loving, compassionate teachers with patience are needed to deal with young children. They can help reduce parental and child anxiety. However in two occasions of late, I have observed two different kids in two different classrooms crying uncontrollably but no teacher tending to them.
