Leadership in Action: Owner Earns Texas Director Credential

We’re proud to share some exciting news from behind the scenes at Kiddie Academy of Firewheel! Our owner, Misbah Ashraf, has officially earned her Texas Director Credential, a significant step that reflects her deep commitment to delivering excellence in early childhood education. While we are actively hiring a full-time Center Director to lead the day-to-day operations of our academy, Misbah pursued this credential to better understand the responsibilities, licensing standards, and operational practices that guide high-quality early learning programs in Texas.

This achievement not only reflects her dedication as an owner, but also ensures that our academy is guided by someone who understands the director’s role from both an administrative and educational perspective. We believe that strong leadership starts with knowledge, and we’re proud to say that leadership at Kiddie Academy of Firewheel is grounded in both passion and preparation.
