Hi, my name is Aanise Sajna. I am the Academy Director at Kiddie Academy of Fishers. I studied at Illinois State University for 2 years, where I focused on Early Childhood Education and Human Development and Family Science. During my time at Illinois State University, I was also a Division I athlete, running track and field. I have been working with children for 4 years and teaching for 3 years.   Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Francis, and our son, Zaire. As a family, we love going to the movies, swimming, and traveling together.

Shawntay Hornberger

"Hi, I’m Shawntay Hornberger. I’ve worked in early childhood education for 25 years, including the past 11 years at Kiddie Academy. I hold a CDA, a high school diploma, and will soon graduate with a degree in Early Childhood Education. As a proud mom of three—one son and twin daughters—family is at the heart of everything I do. I also sing on the worship team at my church, and my faith continues to guide and inspire my work with children.  Creating a nurturing, joyful environment where children feel safe and supported is my daily mission, and I’m honored to be part of their early learning journey."

"Hi, I’m Kristin! I’ve spent the past four years growing in the field of early childhood education, earning my CDA and serving as a curriculum specialist. Now, as assistant director, I’m excited to build a strong, connected team and foster meaningful relationships with our families and staff. Working with children brings me immense joy and purpose. I believe in nurturing young minds with care, creativity, and intention—helping each child feel seen, supported, and inspired to learn. Outside of work, I love crafting and decorating, which lets me share my creativity in fun, personal ways. I’m also a proud mom of four, and while life is busy, my family fills my heart and keeps me grounded."
