Meet Our Team

Ms. Katie Nienhaus

Academy Director

Katie Nienhaus is an experienced Academy Director at Kiddie Academy of Fishers. Her bachelor’s degree in general studies, Certification in Human Resource Management, Child Development Associates (CDA), and a master’s degree in business management and leadership coincide with the seventeen years’ experience that Katie has in the childcare industry and lead her to success. Katie has worked in the childcare industry for seventeen years, with nine years in a management role. The education that Katie has, layered with experience in various childcare settings, allows Katie to run a successful childcare center. Katie has taught infants, toddlers, Preschool, PreK, and Kindergarten, as well running and operating after school programs. Katie and her husband Andrew were married in 2012, and they adopted three children in December of 2020. Katie and her family enjoy taking vacations, spending time with their family, and playing with their two dogs. Katie prides herself on her experience and education and strives towards the ability to advance towards a regional position someday.
