A Milestone of Commitment: 10 Years with Angela Cirincione

This year marks an incredible milestone for Angela Cirincione, Academy Director at Kiddie Academy of Gaithersburg, as she celebrates 10 years of inspiring leadership and dedication in early childhood education.
Angela’s journey at the academy began as a Pre-K teacher, where her passion for nurturing young learners quickly stood out. She then advanced to Curriculum Specialist, helping shape engaging and meaningful learning experiences, before taking on her current role as Academy Director. Over the past decade, she has helped create a warm, welcoming, and engaging environment where every child feels seen, supported, and empowered to explore and learn. Her guidance has fostered a culture of curiosity, confidence, and connection, ensuring that each day is filled with meaningful experiences for children from six weeks through school age.
To honor her remarkable commitment, Angela was presented with a crystal recognition award, celebrating her unwavering dedication to children, families, and her team. Her leadership shines through in the academy’s vibrant classrooms, attentive staff, and strong family connections, making Kiddie Academy of Gaithersburg a true place of growth and joy. Angela’s supportive, approachable, and responsive leadership, combined with her strong administrative experience and deep educational expertise, provides the foundation that keeps day-to-day operations running smoothly. Along the way, she has picked up some fun extra skills, becoming a talented florist, gift basket creator, event planner, trainer, mentor, and phonics extraordinaire, which only adds to the creativity and care she brings to the academy every day.
