An Evening of Connection, Celebration, and Community Spirit

The Gaithersburg-Germantown Chamber of Commerce (GGCC) Winter Gala was truly an unforgettable evening, one that brought together leaders, professionals, and community advocates united by a shared commitment to helping our communities succeed and thrive. Riley Black, Kiddie Academy of Gaithersburg Regional Learning Coordinator, stepped into a new role as a Board of Director and Vice Chair for the Emerging Professionals group. This milestone reflects not only personal achievement, but also the leadership values Kiddie Academy strives to model, including service, responsibility, and a commitment to lifelong growth. Riley’s dedication supports the spirit of the Emerging Professionals program while reinforcing our belief that leadership development begins early and extends well beyond the classroom, strengthening our community from infancy through adulthood.

Throughout the year, GGCC members and partners have demonstrated adaptability, collaboration, and a shared determination to move forward.
