My child truly loves being dropped off and seems to enjoy each day that he is there. I do feel like the communication from the academy overall has diminished since the director left in the fall. I also feel like the administrative staff seem kind of stressed (although they always take the time to say hi coming & going!) and there does seem to have been a bit of turnover/movement of teachers around that doesn't really get acknowledged. I don't think an official announcement of every little change is necessary, but it would be nice to be "in the know" of staffing changes or disruptions impacting my classroom.”
