Hello! My name is Ms. Brandi, and I am the Assistant Director here at Kiddie Academy of Grand Harbor. I have been with Kiddie Academy since 2021, where I initially began my journey as the Bridge teacher. From there, I became the Curriculum Coordinator and have since worked my way up to my current position as Assistant Director. During my time in this role, I was proud to earn my Director’s License to further enhance my ability to support our team and provide the best possible care for your children.  With over 20 years of experience in childcare, I can truly say that I have enjoyed every moment of it. Being able to help shape young minds and contribute to their growth is an incredibly rewarding experience. In addition to my work in childcare, I am a proud mother of two wonderful sons. 

Ms. Jenna Nowak

Academy Director

Hi! I’m Jenna, the Director of Kiddie Academy. A native Texan raised in Fort Bend County, I graduated from Terry High School in 2003 and began working in childcare while attending college. After earning my Associate of Arts degree from Wharton County Junior College in 2008, I enrolled at the University of Houston to study early childhood education. However, my passion for childcare led me to pursue a Childcare Director’s License, which I obtained in 2010.   With 21 years in the industry—14 as a Director—I bring extensive knowledge and experience in early childhood education. I love helping children grow and reach their full potential. As a parent to my 10-year-old son, Jeremy, I understand the importance of creating a nurturing learning environment. I look forward to guiding and supporting your children on their educational journey while making learning fun!

Ms. Kiara McDonald

Assistant Director

I’m Kiara McDonald, Assistant Director at Kiddie Academy Grand Harbor - Katy. With a passion for early childhood education, I’m dedicated to fostering growth in students and teachers. Before joining Kiddie Academy, I spent five years in Cypress Fairbanks ISD, working with diverse learners in Special Education, Adaptive Behavior, Speech, and General Education. I also served as a Lead Pre-K Teacher at Ivy Kids, strengthening my expertise in early childhood education. I began my journey at Kiddie Academy as an Administrator and was promoted to Assistant Director in just three months. I hold a Director’s License and am pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Teaching and Learning at Grand Canyon University. I’m committed to shaping young minds, coaching teachers, and building strong connections with families and the community. My goal is to create a nurturing environment where every child can thrive!
