I'm currently pursuing my Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education, continuing to grow my experience in creating nurturing, structured, and developmentally appropriate environments for children and staff alike. My background includes hands-on knowledge in team management, scheduling, conflict resolution, staff training, and day-to-day operations - skills that allow me to support both children and professionals with confidence and care.
