“1. The number of holidays has grown by over 2x in the last year (with a price increase!). Working parents can't have so many days with trying to find (and pay for) additional coverage for the days that they're working and kids are home. 2. Photos sent through the app during the day was much preferable to just receiving them at the end of the day with the report. 3. If the academy wants to have additional programs (happy feet etc) then it would be great to include those programs under current tuition, but having additional fee programs doesn't make sense for most parents. Having marketing people bug parents about signing up during pick up/ drop off isn't ideal. 4. More physical activity somewhere inside would be great on the cold days the kids can't get outside. We love Kiddie Academy just wanted to flag these items!”
