Ms. Jayden has been a valued member of the Kiddie Academy of Lakewood Ranch team since 2019. She began her career as a floater, supporting classrooms across all age groups. This experience gave her the unique opportunity to build strong relationships throughout the school and develop a comprehensive understanding of each developmental stage, from infants through preschoolers. Her work with diverse age groups deepened her passion for early childhood education. She loves witnessing children grow, gain confidence, and achieve new milestones. Ms. Jayden believes every child deserves a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where they feel valued and encouraged to explore. She is committed to creating meaningful learning experiences that inspire curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning. For her, the most rewarding moments are the laughter, hugs, and excitement shared by her students each day—reminders of why she chose this meaningful profession.

Ms. Leah has dedicated her career to Early Childhood Education since 2002, bringing over two decades of experience to the classroom. She began her journey as a preschool teacher, spending her first ten years working directly with young learners—an experience that allowed her passion for early education to truly blossom. Throughout her career, she has cherished being part of children’s growth and development during their pivotal preschool years. For Ms. Leah, each day is made meaningful by the joy and curiosity her students bring to the classroom.
