“I value the flexible hours, the meal plans, the interactive classrooms, the education provided (I've noticed a difference with my son), the potty training, the communication with the front desk personnel, communication with the owners, the water days are exciting for my child, I really enjoy the daily emails/photos, artwork that gets sent home, the professional photograph opportunities. The only thing that I've really noticed that I've mentioned already is the end of the day daily report. Sometimes I notice that all meals were given when I picked him up early I know he wasn't actually there so sometimes I question the accuracy if he has actually eaten all his food or not. The other thing that bugs me (more of a pet peeve) but has nothing directly to do with your management is the amount of diesel trucks that get left running in the parking lot for drop off/pickup.
