Dr. Rose Ihedigbo is a distinguished Educational Consultant, Trainer, and Quality Assurance Specialist with a deep-rooted passion for Early Childhood Education. With decades of experience, she has become a trusted voice in the field, working closely with child care programs nationwide to enhance educational practices and ensure quality outcomes. A dynamic public speaker, Dr. Rose is known for bridging theory with practical application, equipping educators and administrators to deliver excellence in early learning environments. She holds a B.A., M.Ed., and Doctorate in Early Childhood Education from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, grounding her work in both academic rigor and real-world insight.   In her role as Owner and Executive Director at Kiddie Academy, Dr. Rose leads curriculum implementation and drives developmental success for young learners. Her commitment to fostering nurturing, high-quality educational spaces continues to shape the lives of children, families, and early education professionals across the country.

My career has been defined by a commitment to building a bridge between the classroom and the home, fostering deep, trusting relationships with both our families and our staff. I am thrilled to step into the role of Assistant Director, where I can bring my six years of classroom experience to the admin team and  continue to support our community and ensure every child has a nurturing environment to thrive in.
