Hi! I'm Brittni Grimes, the Executive Director at Kiddie Academy of Lincoln Park. I’ve been in the education field for over 20 years, with the past 9 years in leadership roles. Growing up, I was inspired by educators and coaches who showed me how powerful a positive role model can be, and I knew I wanted to make a lasting difference in children’s lives. One of the first children I taught has since graduated college, which truly highlights how meaningful this work is. My favorite part of my role is building relationships with families and mentoring educators. I love supporting children from infancy through preschool graduation and helping teachers grow into leadership roles. Walking alongside both families and educators and celebrating their growth is what makes this work so rewarding.
