I’m so grateful my daughter was in their classroom. I wish there was less turnover with staff. I know some of that can be out of your direct control. But it’s hard when relationships are built, only to have them end so quickly sometimes. I only hope you continue to explore ways of retaining good staff, whether it’s pay, benefits, workplace culture and conditions, etc, because it impacts the families and the little ones we put our trust in you with.”
