Meet the Owner

Academy Franchise Owner- Prinal Kapadia

Hello Parker community! I’m Prinal Kapadia, owner of Kiddie Academy of Lone Tree and now proudly opening our sister branch—Kiddie Academy of Parker. I’ve been married to my husband, Hemant, for 18 years, and we have two wonderful children, Harshi (15) and Hridhaan (10). My passion for Early Childhood Education runs deep, and safety is always my top priority. I previously operated a licensed home daycare for three years and worked over a decade as an Early Childhood Literacy Specialist at a local library. I hold dual master’s degrees—an MBA in Entrepreneurship and a Master of Science in Leadership—along with certifications including CDA, EQIT, and Pyramid Plus, as well as several college-level ECE courses. I believe learning is personal, powerful, and rooted in curiosity, strengthened through strong parent partnerships.

Aiza Price

Director

My name is Aiza Price and I am originally from the Phillipines. I have been happily married to my husband for 11 years and we have a wonderful 7 year old daughter named Aisha.In the Phillipines I taught Pre-K ad Preschool while also tutoring children from Kindergarten through High School. My passion for working with children has always been at the heart of everything I do. When I moved to the Unite States, I pursued my Early Childhood Education credential and began my journey as an Early Childhood Educator. I am continuing my studies in ECE because I truly enjoy learning about how children grow and understand the world around them. I'm especially fascinated by how their brains develop and learn through play and curiosity. In my free time, I love skating with my family, watching movies, and shopping.

Lauren Ryan

Assistant Director

Ms. Lauren is a proud Littleton, COlorado native with over 12 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. She holds a Directors Certification and has a deep passion for creating nurturing, engaging and enriching environments where young children can laern, grow and thrive. As a devoted mom to four amazing cildren, and two step-daughters, Ms. Lauren undertsands the importnace of supporting each child's individual develpomentand brings that same care and understanding into her work everday. An animal lover at heart, her house holds quite the crew- including dog, reptiles, snakes, and even a spider! When she's not at school, she enjoys exploring the outdoors with her family, drawing, painting, and getting lost in a good book. She also owns and operates her own cottage bakery from home! Ms. Lauren finds immense joy in watching children discover and explore the world around them and is thrilled to be apart of our
