Jody Garner is a working Parent, a Wife, a Mother, a Pediatric Nurse, a School Volunteer, and Community Leader and Servant. Having worked as a Registered Nurse for 12 years, she understands the importance of providing exceptional care for individuals in our community. Quality care is sometimes hard to come by, which is why Jody has shifted her efforts into providing excellent childcare in the area. She volunteered at her sons’ preschool for multiple years, and previously served on the schools Parent’s Association Board. Spending countless hours at this preschool really opened Jody’s heart to the possibility of shaping children’s futures through a safe and nurturing environment for years to come. With a healthcare background, she also plans to offer specialized care for some children and parents who need the extra support. Jody is excited to build Kiddie Academy of Magnolia in order to focus on and address those specific needs.
Growing up in The Woodlands, TX, area and returning after college has cultivated many of her previous personal and professional relationships. Jody was very involved in numerous community organizations in high school and college, which helped her earn a full academic and leadership scholarship to Texas A&M University. Her philanthropic scholarship donor encouraged the recipients to continue to “give back” as he had done. Jody truthfully feels that this is her opportunity to positively impact not only local children, but also the employees of the Academy. She looks forward to serving her community, employees, and friends with a trusted and safe learning environment at Kiddie Academy of Magnolia.
