Nimira Gowani

Nimira Gowani is a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist with years of experience rehabilitating patients with traumatic injuries. She has a deep understanding of how to help children overcome their speech impediments and improve their communication skills. Serving various school districts in the Carrollton Farmers Branch ISD, Nimira has a proven track record of success. Her own children attend the prestigious Greenhill School, which is ranked in the Top 1% of Private Schools in the US. Nimira's husband also works at top tech companies like Amazon Robotics and Meta (Facebook & Instagram), which means that she understands the importance of providing children with a well-rounded education that prepares them for the future. Samina Hooda

Samina is a nationally renowned professional artist with a degree and background as an Architect. Her studies in Architecture deepened her appreciation of art and architecture as expressions of humanity’s values and imagination. At Kiddie Academy of Mercer Crossing, we are proud to be led by a seasoned Director with over 20 years of experience in early childhood education and center management. Her career began in 1998, and since then, she has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to creating a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for children. With extensive leadership experience at nationally accredited centers, she excels in building strong parent relationships, supporting staff development, and maintaining high standards in education and safety. Her background includes overseeing center operations, developing engaging summer and holiday programs, and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards like NAEYC and Cognia. She’s also skilled in center operations, from managing family accounts to conducting staff evaluations and hosting trainings. Parents can feel confident knowing their child is in a center guided by a dedicated, knowledgeable leader who puts families first.
