Meet the Owner

Jenny Purvis

Hi! I’m Jenny, and along with my husband Derek, I’m proud to bring Kiddie Academy to the Manvel community. I graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Petroleum Engineering and worked in the oil and gas industry before opening our first Kiddie Academy in Rosenberg in 2019. As a full-time working mom of two energetic girls, I understand how important it is to have a safe, nurturing, and engaging place for children to learn and grow. Outside of work, I enjoy running—both on the road and on the trails—and value modeling a healthy, active lifestyle for my family. At Kiddie Academy of Meridiana, we strive to prepare children not only for kindergarten through fun, creative learning experiences, but also for life by building confidence, character, and a strong educational foundation.

Avondrea Foster

Director

As the director of Kiddie Academy of Meridiana, Ms. Avondrea Foster is dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children, families, and staff. With leadership experience as a former Operations Manager at Kiddie Academy of Rosenberg and prior classroom experience as an Early Childhood Teacher, Avondrea understands both the operational and instructional sides of early childhood education. She is committed to building strong relationships with families, supporting her teaching team, and ensuring every child receives a high-quality educational experience during these important early years.
