Kiddie Academy® of Meridiana recently celebrated its Grand Opening!

Owned and operated by Jenny and Derek Purvis, this new Academy expands access to comprehensive educational child care for families in the Greater Houston area.

“As Houston natives, we’re thrilled to open our second Kiddie Academy in the Greater Houston area and continue serving local families,” said Jenny Purvis. “Our first location in Rosenberg will mark its 7th anniversary in June of 2026, and we’re eager to create the same welcoming, nurturing environment here in Meridiana.”

The 10,500-square-foot Academy includes 10 classrooms, two infant rooms, two dedicated Pre-K classrooms, and an expansive playground with three age-tailored play spaces for infants, preschoolers, and school-aged children. The Academy will serve 191 children aged 6 weeks to 12 years old and has brought 30 jobs to the area.
