Delmy Ortiz

Center Director

With 7 years of experience in educational leadership, Ms. Delmy is our Center Director. Under her leadership, the centers she worked at had thrived by focusing on individualized support, innovative teaching practices, and a strong community connection. Before joining Kiddie Academy, Ms. Delmy held leadership positions as a Center Director and has over 10 years of experience as a dedicated educator. Her career began in elementary education, where she found great joy in shaping young minds. However, as her journey progressed, she discovered her true passion for working with preschool-aged children. The creativity, curiosity, and developmental milestones of this age group deeply inspired her, sparking a greater love for early childhood education that has only grown throughout her career. Outside of the center, Ms. Delmy enjoys outdoor activities, spending time with her family & volunteering. She is  dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of students, staff, and the broader community.

Lana Kharitonov

Enrollment Manager

With 4 years of experience in education, Ms. Lana brings a wealth of knowledge working with both families and staff. A warm and caring presence, she makes every family feel welcome. As a mother of two, she loves spending time with her family and enjoying fun activities together, bringing that same joy and dedication to Kiddie Academy. 

Valeria Rueda

Assistant Director

Ms. Valerie is our Assistant Director at Kiddie Academy. She began her career in early childhood education with Kiddie Academy and is excited to have the opportunity to help lead the school alongside her fellow Director. She holds an associate's degree in Child Development and plans to further her education in the future. Outside of her professional work, Valeria enjoys staying active. She is always available to assist and provide support in any way possible.
